To integrate Freshdesk onto your Maropost Commerce webstore, there's two parts that need to be set up:
Freshdesk widgets are straight forward to create and customise to match your webstore branding. Follow the steps in their help guide to create a contact us widget.
We recommend that you enable the captcha settings to reduce the amount of spam you receive.

Once your widget is created, copy the embed code so that it can be added into your Maropost Commerce control panel.
To make the contact us widget appear on your webstore, you need to add a custom script:

In your Maropost Commerce control panel, navigate to Settings & tools > All settings & tools.

Search for Custom Scripts and click on it.

Click the Add New button.

Enter a name for your script in the Name field (e.g. Freshdesk contact us widget).

In the Scripts section, click on the Page Footer tab. Paste the embed code from Freshdesk into the text field.

Click the Save button. You’ll be prompted to send a verification token to your email address.

When you receive the email, copy the security token into your control panel and click the Verify Token button.

Your custom script will be saved, and your Freshdesk widget will appear on your webstore.
