The product does not exist | Confirm the SKU and barcode of the product is the same in Maropost Commerce and Catch. If the product isn't already listed on Catch, check the category mapping is correct for the product. If you still see the error, check that the product field mapping is complete, and the product has the correct data in the mapped fields.

Reference type UPC with value "xxxxxxx" is invalid. | Catch has detected an error with the UPC field, either the format is incorrect (e.g. not enough characters, contains letters) or it is not a registered barcode. |
Existing product variant structure differs; cannot update | This usually occurs when a variation product is listed and approved, and then the variation structure changes (e.g. colour and size changes to just colour). Because Catch won't let you change these details, you will need to delete the product in Catch so that it can be listed again correctly. More info on the Catch website here. |
The product linked to the new offer is different from the product linked to the existing offer. | This error occurs because Catch has determined that you are trying to change the product linked to an existing offer, possibly because the SKU or barcode (UPC/EAN) has been changed in Maropost Commerce. To resolve this, you must delete the existing offer, wait 24hrs for the Catch system to clear the data, and recreate the offer on the new product. |
The price field has an invalid range | Products on Catch need to have a sell price of at least $5. Consider selling multiples of the product using kits if your price is under $5. |
The state of the product is unknown. | "State" refers to the product's condition. This error means that no value was provided for the "offer state" field, which is a required field. Make sure to map this field to either a static value that will apply to all listings, or to a Maropost Commerce custom product field with a valid value in it. |
The format of field "click-and-collect-eligible" is not correct | This field is not mapped, or mapped incorrected. Navigate to Catch > Product Field Mapping. Expand the Category specific product fields, and set the Click and Collect Eligible field to Type in a value. Enter False as the value and Save. |
