Install Maropost Commerce Ship

In your Maropost Commerce control panel click the Addons menu.

On the Addons page, locate the Maropost Commerce Cloud Ship add-on tile and install it.
Please Note: Maropost Commerce Ship may incur an increase to your monthly fee depending on your subscription level.
Please Note: Maropost Commerce Ship is not required for generic shipping labels.
Install a Carrier Shipping Label
- In your Maropost Commerce control panel, navigate to Shipping > Carrier Accounts to be taken to the Carrier Label page.
- Select a carrier from the list by clicking on the Install button. This will take you to the Shipping Carrier Label Setup form.
- Complete and submit this form for Maropost Commerce to process on your behalf.
Set up a Shipping Option
Maropost Commerce shipping is split up into two sections, the Shipping Option and the Carrier Account (Label Configuration):
- The Shipping Option includes the shipping different methods that display when the customer places an order and the rates charged to the customer for shipping.
- The Carrier Account is the settings to submit the consignment details to the carrier.
You can also set up the Shipping Options yourself using our shipping set up wizard. In your Maropost Commerce control panel, select Shipping > Shipping Options.
Generate Labels
Once activated, the buttons Auto Generate Shipping Consignment and Manually Add Shipping Consignment will appear when viewing order details in the control panel:

The buttons will display for orders with the status of Pack or Dispatched.
You can also create consignments in bulk by using the Bulk Create Consignments & Dispatch feature. To turn on bulk order processing, checkout the Batch Order Processing add-on.
Label Printers
A dedicated thermal printer for your shipping labels will save you a lot of money in the long run. Thermal printers don't use toner or ink, and there's less wastage compared to printing 4 labels on an A4 page. You also have a lot of flexibility with the brand of label printer.
