Minor Improvements

Zip integrations (ZipPay and ZipMoney) have been updated to work correctly with the latest versions of the Safari internet browser.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue with the returns and credits when export as a CSV file. The amount credited/refunded will now indicate if they include tax or not.
