OVERVIEW
As part of Neto version 6.365.0, this release includes targeted bug fixes, technical improvements, and module enhancements.
FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS
- We have removed the “Show stock level of default warehouse location” setting and deprecated its underlying configuration code to eliminate the display of incorrect stock data on the View Products page.
- Fixed a bug causing identical messages to be dispatched to multiple recipients when using Canned Responses emails.
- Addressed an issue where orders prefixed with “-” failed to update with the selected custom order label during bulk operations.
- Resolved an issue in which both active and inactive customers were displayed without clear visual markers when searching for a customer during order creation. This caused ambiguity for merchants attempting to distinguish between active and inactive customers sharing identical names.
- Implemented a technical fix within the TNT shipping rate integration that was returning an inflated residential surcharge relative to the standard FedEx invoice rate.
- Fixed an inconsistent behavior observed in the canned responses email template with the “Add to” functionality, wherein the canned response’s content replaces the email’s existing content instead of maintaining the original content and inserting the canned response into its specified position.
- Fixed an issue in the Simple Export feature on the product page where Restock QTY values were omitted from the exported CSV report.
- Addressed and fixed a bug in the Import Data feature that incorrectly flagged uploads as invalid when a file contained a value beginning with
char in any column. For example, a file containing a value like charlene@mystore.com in the customer email column would trigger an invalid error during import. - Resolved a timeout error while exporting large Neto reports in CSV format.
- Applied a backend fix to prevent the system from automatically generating the “Sales By SKU” report.
- Resolved a calculation glitch in sales orders where converting an order quantity to a backorder quantity caused the system to incorrectly increment the stock count and subsequently deduct the original order quantity from the committed amount.
- Identified and addressed a server-side issue causing multiple sections of the Amazon integration page to fail to load or display any listings.
