Log into your Maropost Commerce Control Panel

There are two ways to access your control panel:

If your site is not live, enter your staging domain URL (either yourdomain.neto.com.au/_cpanel or yourdomain.mymaropost.com) into your browser address bar or

OR

If your site is live, enter www.yourdomain.com.au/_cpanel into an internet browser.

Tip: Replace www.yourdomain.com with your own domain name or Maropost Commerce account address.
If you are using a subdomain (e.g. store.yourdomain.com) remove the www.
From the Maropost Commerce Login page, enter your Username in the Username field.
Enter your Password in the Password field.

Tip: If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot username or password? link, and follow the steps to reset your password.
Click the Log in button.

If you are still unable to log into your control panel, we recommend you ask a colleague with an admin-level Staff User account to log in and check your Staff User account and access.
