Minor Improvements

Apple and Google Pay (webpayments) can now include a surcharge.

Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where some API shipping rates gave inconsistent costs when a discount code was applied to the checkout.
Fixed a bug when checking out with AfterPay and the error message ?Requires Agreement To Terms? would display.
