Overview
LiveChat is an online customer service software with live support, help desk software, and analytics functions. LiveChat uses a website chat widget, embedded in your Neto webstore, so that customers can engage directly with you while browsing.

Setup Instructions
To set up the LiveChat add-on on your Neto webstore:
In your Neto control panel navigate to the Addons menu.
In the Support & Live Chat section, find the LiveChat add-on and click the Get App button.
In the pop-up window, click the Get App button, and you'll be taken to the LiveChat sign up page.
Create a free trial account with LiveChat by entering your email address. If you already have a LiveChat account, log in to your account.
Click the Install LiveChat code manually option, and copy the code that appears.
In your Neto control panel, navigate to Settings & tools > All settings & tools.
Search for Custom Scripts and click on it.
Click the Add New button.
Enter a Name (e.g. LiveChat) for your script.
Paste the code you copied earlier into the Page Footer tab of the scripts section.
Click the Save button. A pop-up appears to verify your identity. Follow the steps to confirm your actions.
