Always stay abreast of stock that is getting low by receiving timely notifications when product inventory reaches a defined level.
Set up Low Stock Alerts
To install and set up the Low Stock Alerts add-on:
- In your Neto control panel navigate to Addons.
- Find the Low Stock Alerts add-on and click the Install button.
- Restock Qty
- Reorder Qty
- Restock Warning Level
Products will now have additional fields to configure the stock levels when alerts occur:
Populate these fields for individual products or in bulk using the import wizard.
- Once the stock on hand reaches these levels, the product will appear on the Inventory Restock Report which is accessed from the Reports menu.
- Navigate to the Webstore > Webstore Settings page.
- In the out of stock warnings section, enable the alerts you would like to receive.
- Check that the system email address to receive these emails is correct in the Settings & Tools > Business Details page.
