eBay compliance errors give you more visibility over issues with your listings. At a glance you’ll be able to see if there are problems with images, listing data, categories, or product identifiers.

Turn on Compliance Settings
For Maropost Commerce to display compliance errors on your listings, your account needs to be re-authorised through eBay.

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to eBay > Setup & Tools.

Click on Store Manager to display the list of eBay accounts connected to Maropost Commerce.

In the Tokens column, look for any eBay Authorisation Token’s which are invalid. These stores need to be re-authenticated, so click on the store name to see the details page.

Click Generate New eBay Authorisation Token.

Click the Click Here to Generate Your Unique eBay Token link and you’ll be taken to an eBay page to login.

Log in to eBay, and click the button to allow Maropost Commerce access.
Your account is now authorised and compliance errors will appear on listings.
Check Compliance Errors
Provided you have completed the authorisation steps above, you will now be able to see any compliance issues with your listings.

In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to eBay > Active Listings.

Expand the filters, and change the Compliance drop down box to Has Errors. Now click Apply Advanced Filter.

In the Compliance column, click Show Errors for each listing to see more information about the compliance issues.

Variation products may have an error on one of the child products, so they will instead have a View Errors on Listing link. Click this link to open the listing, so you can see which more information about the issue.
