Steps
- In your Neto control panel navigate to Sales Orders > View Orders.
- Click the checkbox next to each order (within the Order ID column) to be cancelled.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page to locate the Bulk Actions button.
- Select Cancelled from the Change Order Status dropdown.
- Click the Apply button. Neto will display a dialog box, asking you to confirm the cancellation.
- Click the OK button.
Result
The selected orders will now be cancelled, and the items will be returned to stock.
