It helps developers build app functionalities without the need for in-depth knowledge thus preventing them from writing code from scratch whenever a new implementation is needed.Maropost Marketing Cloud provides a dedicated section wherein you can create and manage such mobile profiles.In this Article Managing Mobile App ProfilesCreating a New Mobile App ProfileDownloading and Configuring Mobile AppManaging Mobile App Profiles On the Mobile App Profiles page, you can create mobile SDKs for different testing environments and manage them from a single place. Click your user name on the top-right corner of the application and from the profile drop-down menu, select Settings. Then, on the Settings page, select Mobile App Profiles.The index page displays all your existing Mobile App Profiles and provides you with an option to create a new one.For each Profile, you can find the following details and action items: App Name: Shows the names of the mobile software kits.Status: Shows the current status of in which the software is being tested and utilized.Devices: Shows the number of devices the kit is currently tested on.Platform: Shows the operating system for the Mobile SDK.Update At: Shows the date and time on which the Mobile SDK software was last modified.Actions: Enables you to edit or delete a Mobile App Profile.Creating a New Mobile App Profile On the Mobile App Configuration page, click New Mobile App.On the New Mobile App Profile page, enter a name for your mobile app and select the environment in which you want to create the app.Select the application type for the new App indicating the operating system for which you are building the app. You can select both. For iOS, you’ll need to upload both the encrypted key and certification files, and for Android, you have to specify its Server API Key and package name.Click Save to create the profile.Downloading and Configuring Mobile App To view and download configuration files for your mobile apps, select the Mobile App Profile on the index page (Settings >> Mobile App Profiles). This opens an overview page showing the SDK details and provides you with the option to download the SDK files.On this page, you can find the following information: Mobile App Details: You can view your mobile app name, its API key, and the date on which it was created and modified.Push Ready Platforms: Indicates the platforms for which the app is built - iOS and/or Android.iOS Setup and Android Setup: Contains the SDK .Zip and configuration files for downloading. Once you have downloaded the configuration and .Zip files, you can proceed with the rest of the installation and configuration required for your setup.
