Enhancements
Rearranged Steps in Custom Email Campaign Reports
For ease of creation, the steps for custom email campaign reports are rearranged.
In the updated process:
- In step 1, you schedule the report and define the delivery details.
- In step 2, you set up the report details (such as name, format, and so on) and report source (campaigns and campaign tags to be included in the report).
- In step 3, you select the report content (metrics to be part of the report).

Rearranged Steps in Growth & Attrition Reports
Similar to the custom email campaign reports, the steps for growth & attrition reports have been rearranged.
In the updated process:
- In step 1, you schedule the report and define the delivery details.
- In step 2, you select the lists from which to retrieve the data and the metrics that you want to see in the report.

Pre-populated Content for New Footer
The editor for creating the footer now comes pre-populated with standard content that you can edit as per your needs. The pre-populated content is generated based on the information available in your account.
📋 Note: When editing, remember that your footer content must have an address tag {{campaign.address}} and an unsubscribe link tag {{campaign.unsubscribe_link}}, {{campaign.unsubscribe_url}} or {{campaign.one_click_unsub_url}} to comply with the anti-spam legislation.
