You can access your Merchandising Cloud account by verifying your email and creating a password through the verification link sent after installation, enabling you to begin configuring search and personalization features. The straightforward login process ensures secure access to the Merchant Dashboard where you can manage all merchandising configurations, with password reset options available if you encounter authentication issues.
Completing the account setup helps you start optimizing your ecommerce store quickly. Once logged into the Merchant Dashboard, you can configure search relevance, create recommendation widgets, and set up smart collections that improve product discovery and conversion rates, with secure authentication ensuring only authorized team members can access and modify your merchandising strategy.
Once you have installed Maropost Merchandising Cloud (formerly Findify) on your store, you will receive an email asking you to verify your account. If you do not see the email in your inbox, make sure to check your junk mail/spam filter.
Next, follow the link within the email and you will be prompted to create a password.
Proceed to the Merchant Dashboard and use your email address and the password you just created to log in.
If you have any troubles logging in, click on 'Troubles logging in? Please click here' and reset your password. Once again, if you do see the reset password email in your inbox, make sure to check your junk mail/spam folder.
