Deploy - Translator HQ Connector (for Bigcommerce, Woocommerce etc)
This article explains how to deploy the integration for a Translator HQ Connector once a signed solutions agreement has been received along with payment (1st installment of payment plan or full amount):
Enabling the Web Service

1. Login to clients Retail Express
2. Navigate to Quick Links > Web Services Configuration
3. Set WebStoreV2 to enabled
4. Click Save Changes
Zendesk - Sending the email

1. Add a new ticket
2. Select the macro Translator HQ > Translator HQ Connector deployment
3. Enter the clients name in the ticket
4. Enter the clients retailexpress database name in the ticket
5. Enter the clients email address in the ticket
6. Enter the date the signed solutions agreement was signed in the ticket
7. Select the appropriate ecommerce platform name from the list (e.g. Woo Commerce, Big Commerce) and remove the others from the ticket
8. Submit the ticket as Open (it will then appear in unassigned and be passed to a customer service team member to deal with from there)
