Set up Pick’n Pack iOS App Settings
Once installed, you can open and set up the app to see your sales orders:

Open the app and tap on the icon at the top right of the screen to set up the app. In the Account Name field, enter your control panel domain address (eg. yourdomain.com.au)

Toggle the Barcode Scanner Settings so that it is on. If this cannot be toggled on, you either do not have the drivers or adequate firmware installed for your barcode scanner. See this article to learn how to update your scanner.

Leave Barcode Type as Default Barcode List , unless you have a special type of barcode you are trying to scan in the extended or ISO 15424 barcode list.

If you wish to print labels from Pick’n Pack, in the Printer Settings section:
- Set the Label Printer setting to Air Print.
- Toggle Always Use Label Printer to On
- Set Print Preview to Off.

Launch Pick’n Pack from a PC or Android device
To access Pick’n Pack from a browser, please log into your control panel, and hover over your username. Click on Mobile Pick & Pack Interface to launch it in your browser.
You can also add /do/suppliers/mobile to the end of your website address (e.g. www.mymaropost.com/do/suppliers/mobile) to access the login screen.
