Admin Forms - Re-activating an outlet
This article explains how to re-activate a previously de-activated outlet/unmanned warehouse in an existing clients Retail Express database.
Re-Enabling the Licence

1. Login to clients Retail Express
2. Navigate to Settings > Locations / Outlets > Outlets
3. Select the relevant outlet and click the blue Edit button which will populate the Outlet Details section in the top half of the screen
4. Tick the Enabled checkbox
5. Click Save
6. Repeat as necessary if they are re-activating more than one licence
Zoho Subscription - Updating Monthly Hosting
1. Login to Zoho Subscriptions
2. Search for clients monthly subscription
3. Edit subscription to update the quantity field for the number of outlets
4. Click Save
5. When it asks if you want this to be effective immediately or next term - say Immediately and it will automatically generate a pro-rata invoice
5. Add comment stating "Reactivation of outlet xxx [Zendesk Ticket #] pro-rata invoice raised"
6. If an Ezypay customer login to Ezypay to update their ongoing monthly fees from the next monthly invoice cycle including the pro-rata amount for the next invoice
Zendesk - Sending the email

1. Update the email address to be the one on the completed online form in original ticket
3. Select the macro Forms > Re-activate an Outlet - completed
5. Submit the ticket as Solved
