EFTPOS Declined error (LINKLY ONILY)
This guide is for when you receive a Transaction Declined prompt immediately after using the PC-EFTPOS button and your EFTPOS is showing ONLINE -- for Linkly connected EFTPOS terminals.


Please follow the steps below on how to rectify the error.
- Press Cancel to close the EFTPOS payment window

Log out of POS ! IMPORTANT !
- Click the Start menu
- Type Services
- Open 'Services'
- Find 'Linkly Client'
- Press 'Restart'

Wait for Linkly to turn green
- Find 'Retail Express Hardware Service'
- Press 'Restart'

- Log back into POS
