Generate link to capture clients payment details
This article explains how to generate a link via the Client Control Centre to send out to clients to provide either their direct debit authority or new card details through a secure portal
Logging into Client Control Centre

1. Go to https://retailexpressservices.zohocreator.com/portal/customer-control-centre in your browser and login using your email address and password
2. Navigate to Client Administration/Customer Manager

3. Enter the clients name in Account Search and click Submit and you will be presented with a drop down list of options under Select a Action (sic - please excuse Eric's poor grammar...):

Select the relevant option from the dropdown and click Submit

The hypertext link will then appear above the Submit button, simply cut and paste this link into your email communication with the client for them to provide their payment details.
Zendesk - Sending the email for a client awaiting deployment

1. Add a new ticket
2. Add the email address for the contact on the solutions agreement
3. Select the macro Payment Information Required
4. Type in the clients chosen payment methods and paste in the link
5. Submit the ticket as Pending
