An outlet is another name for a store or shop front. You can keep track of stock and sales at multiple outlets from a single Maropost Commerce control panel. If you do have multiple shop fronts, you must setup an outlet for each one.

The Customer Groups feature allows you to have different pricing for different outlets by assigning warehouses with customer groups. Additionally, with webstore and POS store you can have different pricing on different channels.
-
In your Maropost Commerce control panel navigate to Stock Control and select Locations/Warehouses.
-
Edit an existing or Add New warehouse, and set your customer group.

-
In case you have a customer already assigned with a certain price group attached to a sale, then the warehouse/outlet pricing over rides the customer card.
If there is a requirement to over ride the customer pricing group then the same can be achieved by disabling the Use Customer Group toggle on the customer card in POS.

-
Please ensure you’ve completed a synchronisation in POS once you’ve completed your setup.
