Admin Forms - Cancellation of Retail Express
This article explains how to process a cancellation form from a currently active Retail Express client.
Disabling the Licences

1. Login to clients Retail Express
2. Navigate to Settings > Locations / Outlets > Outlets
3. Select an outlet and click the blue Edit button which will populate the Outlet Details section in the top half of the screen
4. Untick the Enabled checkbox
5. Click Save
6. Repeat until ALL outlets are disabled
Zoho Subscription - Cancelling Monthly Hosting
1. Login to Zoho Subscriptions
2. Search for clients monthly subscription
3. From the 'More' dropdown menu select Cancel Subscription and then Cancel On Next Renewal
4. In popup box Enter comment e.g. 'Cancellation form received #[Zendesk Ticket Number]'
5. Then Add comment stating 'Cancellation form received #[Zendesk Ticket Number]'
6. If an Ezypay customer login to Ezypay to cancel their ongoing monthly fees from the next monthly invoice cycle and note the Ezypay variation id as an internal note in the Zendesk ticket and a comment against Zoho Subscriptions
Zendesk - Sending the email

1. Update the email address to be the one on the completed online form in original ticket
3. Select the macro Forms > De-activate an Outlet - completed
5. Submit the ticket as Solved
