There are a number of training and support options available to you:

Can I see within Learn Maropost Commerce the courses my staff have completed?
All courses in Learn Maropost Commerce are user based and there is currently no way to see within the Partner portal the courses that you staff members have completed.
If you need to know the courses your staff have completed, send a request to the Maropost Commerce Support team with a list of the staff members.
Maropost Commerce will only share information about a staff member that works at your company, and not any contractors or customer's user details.
I have a new staff member. What are the steps for them to be trained in Maropost Commerce as quickly as possible?

Request Access to your Maropost Commerce Partner portal
Send an email to the Maropost Commerce Support team requesting access to the additional staff members.
Within the same request, ask for access to your Partner portal account and send the following new staff member details:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Job Title
- Email Address
- Telephone Number

Create a sandbox webstore for self-learning
Set up a temporary webstore within the Partner portal.
Within the creation criteria, set the Trial type dropdown as 'internal' and Described as dropdown as 'Just Investigating'.
