Enhancement: "Force Stop" Option in Email Campaign
Previously, if a merchant desired to “Force Stop” a campaign mid-delivery, they had to submit a request to the CS team, who would then force stop the campaign from the Admin panel. This process proved to be quite time-consuming and caused unnecessary delay for the Marketing Cloud user on several occasions.
To address this issue, we have introduced a new “Force Stop” option in Email Campaigns. You can now force stop an email campaign (including A/B campaigns) with a “Sent” or “Locked” status.
Ensure you have selected the correct ongoing campaign and entered an email address linked with your Maropost account.
This new option not only saves time but also enables merchants to modify campaign content and reschedule campaigns in a timely manner.

Enhancement: Exporting Contact List
Marketing Cloud users can now fine-tune their export requirements and obtain contact reports with specific subscription parameters. By selecting “Email subscribed/unsubscribed” or “SMS subscribed/unsubscribed,” the final exported result will accurately display the chosen performance (in this case, subscribed/unsubscribed) metric. This creates consistent and mostly error-free reporting in the long run.
