OVERVIEW
We are excited to announce the revamp of two existing features that will enhance your marketing capabilities: Facebook (Meta) Lead Ads and Meta Integrations.
These features are designed to help you seamlessly connect your Meta (Facebook) accounts with your Marketing Cloud platform, enabling you to grow your contact lists and manage your social campaigns more effectively.

FACEBOOK (META) LEAD ADS ENHANCEMENTS
This feature allows you to connect your Meta (Facebook) lead generation ads directly to your contact lists in the Marketing Cloud. When a contact submits a form through a connected Facebook Lead Ad, their details are automatically synced to your specified contact list(s), ensuring seamless list growth from your paid social campaigns.
Additionally, Lead Ads has been moved from Social to the Acquisition section.
Key Features:
- Centralized Management: A dedicated "Lead Ads" page provides a centralized view of all your connected lead ad configurations, associated Facebook pages, mapped contact lists, and their current status.
- Easy Configuration: You can easily create new connections, edit existing ones, and activate or deactivate syncing directly from the interface.
- Smart Contact Syncing: The system intelligently handles contact syncing. If a submitted email address doesn't exist in your Marketing Cloud, a new contact record is created. If the email address already exists, the existing contact is subscribed to the mapped contact list(s) without creating a duplicate record.

META INTEGRATIONS FEATURE
We have now created a separate Meta Integration feature (under the App Store section) that allows you to connect your Facebook pages to your Marketing Cloud account using Meta's API. This secure, token-based authentication method links your Facebook account without storing your password.
Key Features:
- Connect Facebook Pages: You can receive leads from Facebook lead ads directly into your Marketing Cloud contact lists and send segmented contacts to Facebook Custom and Lookalike Audiences.
- OAuth Authentication: The connection is established through a secure, token-based login method (OAuth).
- Centralized Connection Management: The "Facebook Connections" index page displays all your currently connected Facebook pages, showing the page name, profile image, connection status, and the last refresh time.
- Manage Connections: You can easily add new Facebook connections, refresh existing ones, and disable or delete connections as needed.
