CAMPAIGN ACTIVITY ENHANCEMENTS
As part of our ongoing effort to support omnichannel engagement, we've made a strategic update to how campaign-based segmentation is structured. The previously named "Email Activity" category has been rebranded to "Campaign Activity,” a broader, more accurate reflection of its expanded capabilities.
This update isn't just a rename. We've extended the category's functionality by introducing SMS-based rules, enabling you to seamlessly onboard and segment contacts who primarily interact through SMS. These new rules surface key data points such as a contact's SMS subscription status and their behavioral interaction patterns with your SMS campaigns, thereby unlocking a more complete view of your contact base across both email and SMS channels.
