In this release, we have introduced several visual and functional upgrades to the Account & Billing application.

ACCOUNT & BILLING ENHANCEMENTS
The Overview section in Account & Billing has undergone a revamp with the introduction of a subscription plan widget that displays the current package you have purchased from us. It reveals information such as the type of package purchased, usage overview, and infographics depicting the number of emails and SMS sent from a particular account. You can check out the “Manage Plan” tab, which provides additional details of your current subscription.
A new Subscription section has been introduced in Account & Billing, which showcases numerous widgets, including an in-depth report of your subscription package along with its billing cycle and usage metrics. It reveals the essential and complementary features present within the package. Plus, if you wish to boost your existing plan to acquire advanced tools, use the action tab and get in touch with our sales team to raise a plan upgrade request.
To easily track all your pending requests with us, we have created a separate Request section for this purpose. Here, you can view details such as the ticket ID, date of ticket submission, the plan proposal, and the overall ticket status.
