Click your user name on the top-right corner of the application and from the drop-down menu, select Account Settings. Then, on the Account Settings page, select the PLAN tab.

Manage Your Subscription Plan
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan on JetSend's self-service portal. Click the Manage Subscription button on the PLAN tab.

On the self-service portal home page, you will find the following options:
- Balance and Credit Card – Shows the payable balance and credit card details. Click the Manage link to update your credit card information.
- Invoices and Statements – Click the Invoices icon to view and download the billing invoices. Click the Statements icon to generate and download billing statements.
- Subscriptions – Click the Subscriptions icon to see the subscription plans and their statuses. For each plan, click VIEW to drill down further to see the plan details and manage the plan:
- Click Migrate to upgrade or downgrade your plan.
- Click Cancel Subscription to deactivate your plan.
Here are some points to remember when upgrading the subscription plan:
- Plan upgrade can include:
- Upgrade to a higher plan
- Change from a monthly plan to an annual plan
- The new plan takes effect immediately.
- The amount is charged based on the price difference between existing and new plans. So, the amount you have paid for the old plan is deducted when charging you for the new plan.
- In the case of an annual plan, the new plan is valid for the next 12 months, starting the same day you upgrade to the new plan.
- Annual plans are cheaper than monthly plans.
