Payment Methods
JetSend accepts all major credit cards. We charge accounts on a monthly basis or annual basis. We do not accept PayPal, wire transfer, checks, or any card requiring a PIN. You can update your card information or retry a failed payment on JetSend's self-service portal. On the Account Settings page, go to the Plan tab, and click Manage Subscription. You'll be redirected to the self-service portal.
Annual Subscriptions Billing Cycles
If you are on an Annual Subscription, the cost of your selected plan will be charged to your credit card in full, in advance immediately following your sign up. Your selected plan will include a monthly or annual allowance of free emails, or contacts. In the event that you have exceeded your plan’s allotted allowance, you will receive an email notification of your overage use and the credit card on file will be charged on the first of each month for any overage fees of the previous month.
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled through support@jetsend.com.
Monthly Subscriptions and Billing Cycles
If you are on a month-to-month subscription, the credit card on file will be charged in advance, on the first day of each month, in addition to any outstanding overage and usage fees from the previous month. Your first instalment of the monthly plan will be charged immediately after sign-up. If you sign up after the first day of the month, your initial charge will be a prorated amount. The full subscription fee will be charged on the next billing cycle, starting the first day of the consecutive month, in addition to any outstanding overage fees. For example, if you purchase the 10,000 plan for $8 a month and initiate the plan on the January 17th your first payment instalment will be $3.47 (the prorated amount) until the next billing cycle, which will be the first day of the following month (February 1st), where you will be charged $8 (plus any applicable taxes and overage fees).
Your subscription will be automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled through support@jetsend.com.
Overage Fees
Each offered plan with Jetsend contains limits on both the number of emails and contacts an account can use in a month. Should you go over the allotted amount within a month, you will be charged the overage fee as applicable per your plan. See the JetSend Pricing page for details.
Upgrading and Downgrading a Plan
If you choose to upgrade your plan, the credit card on file will immediately be charged the difference between your existing plan and your upgraded plan. If you upgrade your plan mid-term, any overage charges from your previous plan will be discarded and the overage rates and charges of the new upgraded plan will take precedence. Should you choose to downgrade your plan, the new plan limits and charges will take effect in the next billing cycle. Please contact our Support team for more information. Cancelling or Terminating a Plan All plans are non-refundable. Should you choose to terminate your plan with Jetsend, the termination will take effect in the following billing cycle.
