For a lot of our customers, we need photographic evidence of their fault or claim and we currently have to give them an external email and then save the email until we create an RMA, IF we create an RMA. It would be great to have everything go through Neto and not have to provide email for photos/videos. It would be great to have everything related to the claim within the claim and not in other places.
