Customers are starting to become more aware of GDPR and the newly enacted CCPA. As a result, they are now starting to exercise their "Right to Know", by submitting requests to marketers that they provide a list of all information known about them.
A nice feature to add to the Content Profile page is a "button" that will automatically download all standard and custom field data for that contact into a file that can then be passed on to that contact who requested that information. At present, the workaround is to simply create a segment for that individual contact, and export it.
A simple 1-click download would be much better as more and more contacts start to exercise their "Right to Know".
