OVERVIEW
In this release, we are pleased to announce some beneficial updates to our Neto POS platform.
STORE REPLENISHMENT SHEET ENHANCEMENT
Previously, a merchant selling products from an in-store location via Neto POS would have to make considerable efforts to understand how many products must be restocked at the front store and from which zone the staff have to pick up these products, based on the quantity of products sold that day. Although such information can be looked up from a Neto order list, this process, however, proves to be quite cumbersome.
To circumvent this issue, we have introduced a “Store Replenishment Sheet” that displays each item’s SKU to be replenished, sorted by pick zone, and displays the sold quantity, quantity on hand, and pick zone.
This sheet can be printed from the Order List page of the Control Panel and exported to staff members working at a store’s warehouse.
BACKORDER SUFFIX UPDATE
When a merchant only fulfills an order partially, they normally create a backorder for some items that weren’t completed within that order. To prevent the Neto POS system from automatically assigning a new order ID to an unfulfilled order, which can create discrepancies while reconciling the overall payment amount or tracking the remaining items from the original order, the POS settings now allow appending a suffix to the original order ID when a backorder is created.
Example: original Order ID = N13456
Backorder = N13456-1
REDEEM REWARDS FEATURE
We have also launched support for native and third-party rewards programs in Neto POS that will serve a wide range of clients with a true loyalty experience across online and in-store channels. Whether it be growing a merchant’s customer base, reaching out to new customers, or simply satisfying merchants or customers alike, there is always scope to reward them as per their shopping, engagement, and referral history.
