ACQUISITION FORM ENHANCEMENT:
We have introduced a new set of options for the Popup form type. These new options are available in the Display and Behaviour Options section, and control the display behavior characteristics of the form. Additionally, the Display & Behaviour plus the Optional functions have their options neatly categorized into collapsible sections, thus making the page layout easier to use.
The two additional features introduced in the Display and Behaviour section are namely the Page URL and Hide options. With these two options, you can decide on which pages you want to display the Acquisition Forms, plus you can opt out of displaying a form to a user for some amount of time if they have exited the website and have not filled out the form.
We have also made some fine-tuned adjustments in the way popups and embedded forms behave on a website. Initially, in an Acquisition Form, popups were hindered if an embedded form was also present on a website. With the help of this update, both forms can now coexist together.

Lastly, we have added a Preview Form option under the Actions menu, so you can easily examine and evaluate your forms from the index page itself. Thanks to such improvements, you won’t have to deal with the hassle of going through the whole process again to access the preview tool.

DELETE SMS CONTACT ENHANCEMENT:
Just like our email contacts, we are incorporating a delete option in SMS contact lists. This will unsubscribe the contact from the SMS lists and be replaced by an arbitrary value, i.e., it gets pseudonymized. It will also place the contact in the Do Not Mail List.

CLEANSING RULE ENHANCEMENT:
To improve the deliverability, click-through, and open rates of your email campaigns, plus keeping the sender and IP address reputation in mind, we have incorporated a backend feature that automatically cleanses contacts who show a “bounced” status consecutively 10 times. Such assistance will help you send email campaigns to your target audiences in an efficient manner.
