Abandoned Cart Journeys Enhancement:
More store connections
Good news for Shopify and ClickBank account holders!
Initially, you could only create Abandoned Cart Journeys for your Neto stores. However, we are expanding our offerings to ClickBank and Shopify stores as well. Hence, you can now utilize the Abandoned Cart Journeys feature on your Shopify and ClickBank integrations that are connected to your Maropost Marketing Cloud account.
Revamped Flow
We have made the Abandoned Cart Journey process more simplistic for you to understand. Now if a customer abandons their cart, they will receive a reminder email immediately rather than after a 30-minute delay.
Integration enhancements:
Addition of Shop Name field
Now users can add a Shop name for new and existing integrations (Neto, Retail Express, Keap, and Shopify) created in Marketing Cloud. These are name tags useful for identifying your integration connections with your Maropost account.
Introduction of Abandoned Cart Delay Option
We have added a new option known as abandoned cart delay for our ClickBank, Neto, and Shopify integration channels.
You can now send email notifications to your customers, alerting them about their abandoned carts. Such emails encourage customers to complete their ongoing purchases and thus help in potential sale conversion.
