How to find the conversion rate of specific customer groups

In the Neto Analytics Studio, I am trying to find the conversion rate for certain customer groups. We have retail and wholesale customers.

 

I am able to find the AOV and amount of orders for the past 3 months for each group, however I can't find a way to get the Conversion rates for each of these two groups.

 

Ideally I'd like to have Neto provide the CVR for the past three months for each user group, but if that isn't possible, if there was a way to find the amount of customer sessions for each user group in that time, I can use this and the amount of orders to calculate the CVR myself.

Neto Analyatics is just a rebadged version of Glew (https://www.glew.io/) and is unfortunately pretty terrible.

 

You'll be much better off relying on Google Analytics. Particularly with GA4, if you have it integrated well with your website you can track very granular events.

 

The biggest issue I can see with this particular report is handling anonymous sessions. Do you require a login to your website for all users? Otherwise, I imagine most users are only logging in when they are buying something, and you already have that data in your AOV. How do you know if a user who doesn't buy something is retail or wholesale?
