Custom Order Label Filter

Hey guys,
If we could have the filter for Custom Order Labels on the View Sales Order screen default to include all orders either with or without a label that would be great.
At the moment, if we do a search and custom order labels is not something we require to filter on, some orders won't show up.

We have seen the same problem please rectify ASAP so the labels can be used
It also would have been good if the API was updated so these labels could be checked and set automatically
