In the Anatomy of a Customer Card article, it doesn't even show the VIP checkbox located under the "Active" checkbox and above "A Prospect", much less explain it. What is this used for? Can it be altered?
It has no internal use in Neto, it's just a general purpose field you can use for whatever you want.
