Hi all, how do you process click and collect orders with Mobile pick n pack so that the customer receives an email saying their order is ready for collection. The issue we are having is if we use pick n pack and create a consignment the order is marked as dispatched, this also results in the email notification to the customer saying the order has been "Shipped".
At the moment we are:
- Using pick n pack to scan all items and ensure all have been picked correctly.
- Put the order into "Pending pickup" status
- Find the order in main neto control panel
- Create a "free pickup in store" consignment but click on "Save" instead of dispatch
- Click on the email link next to the consignment tracking to send an email to the customer that the order is ready for pickup.
I feel like we are doing something wrong and there must be a better way. Any help is appreciated.
