Shipping to the USA, and the new Australia Post Zonos duty payments
What is Maropost / Neto doing with the new Tariff payments required by the USA?
Australia Post wants businesses to implement the ZONOS payment system for duty payments at source before we ship.
That means we need to add various duties and Zonos handling fees that will differ depending on Country of Origin of the goods.
We ship often to the USA, but CofO can be Spain, Italy, Australia, China, Taiwan etc etc, and all of those in the one consignment!
Is Maropost working on a solution for this?

Could you please stop switching support/knowledge base systems every few years.
Hitting brick walls because of broken links or missing images in descriptions is getting tiresome.

It's definitely gotten worse. They've stopped updating the developer docs which are full of formatting issues and broken links since the most recent move. Doesn't seem to be any way to give them feedback about articles with issues. And Neto staff have stopped responding to these forums posts.
Not really sure why they migrated Galaxy only to abandon it.

We need reCAPTCHA and we need two factor authentication for customer accounts. The current security is not adequate.
Properly setting up shipping
Ok, I've been using Neto for 7 years and I'm redoing the website as the business has changed and I need to redo all the shipping. It was never set up properly so I need to properly do it. The documentation is more opaque than half the electronics stuff I work with and everything is so difficult to understand.
Basically, I need to set up for international shipping and local shipping. Local via Sendle and Auspost, international by Auspost and Interparcel.
For the love of me, I can't figure out how to set them up and get the shipping rates setup. I've given up on trying to get any of the 'partners' to ever do anything as they're all useless or charge like a wounded bull.
So if anyone has a good guide on how to set it up, that would be appreciated. Otherwise, I'm just gonna go over to Shopify or Woo Commerce as I've been fighting Neto for years and it does my head in.
Checkbox to hide price
Looking to set up a checkbox to hide the price displayed on the screen. Have a lot of wholesale customers who will tend to show their screens to in person customers and want to the ability to hide the price on the screen (only for individual product page, not search results or category pages).
Return Postage Label
As much as we all hate dealing with returns, they're part of the job — and the process really needs to be simple and efficient.
Right now, there's no feature in Neto to generate a return postage label that can be sent to the customer. If the business wants to cover return shipping, we have to jump into AusPost or another platform to create the label manually. It's clunky and time consuming.
It would be a huge improvement if Neto could add return label generation directly into the Returns & Credits section. Having this built in would make the whole return process way smoother and save us all a lot of time
