There's no other portal for sales reps in Neto. It's possible you were thinking of Neto POS, which could probably do the job if you don't want sales reps having full access to the control panel.

Hi Grant, Yes this is a known issue. Your developers are following the API guide but not understanding Retail Express. Each order is sent through a sales channel, the RETAIL Sales channel needs to also be attached to the products ordered. These products need a source group assigned for every sales channel that an invoice is coming through. Happy to explain further or help your developers with this. Derek Giles - TranslatorHQ

YES, I think no specific warehouse assigned once an order goes to the RMA page!!! this would save a lot of human errors meaning everyone would have to slow down to process an RMA and ensure the correct warehouse is selected for the product return.

Category 0 and you. The tag expects a default category to select products from. Since you are adding the tag on an information page (not a category page), there is no category context for it to pull products from. To fix this, you need to add the category parameter [%new_arrivals template:'' limit:'8' category:'0'%].

I have same question.
I've set up a Zonos Dashboard Lite account as recommended by Australia Post but Maropost/Neto is not listed in their ecommerce platform list.
Australia Post are working to have ready by 25 Sep.
