I have same question.
I've set up a Zonos Dashboard Lite account as recommended by Australia Post but Maropost/Neto is not listed in their ecommerce platform list.
Australia Post are working to have ready by 25 Sep.

Same question here.
Zonos will charge the tariff % , then add their GST to the that, Plus their handling fees , probably Customs fees etc etc.

What is Maropost / Neto doing with the new Tariff payments required by the USA?
Australia Post wants businesses to implement the ZONOS payment system for duty payments at source before we ship.
That means we need to add various duties and Zonos handling fees that will differ depending on Country of Origin of the goods.
We ship often to the USA, but CofO can be Spain, Italy, Australia, China, Taiwan etc etc, and all of those in the one consignment!
Is Maropost working on a solution for this?

Could you please stop switching support/knowledge base systems every few years.
Hitting brick walls because of broken links or missing images in descriptions is getting tiresome.

At least you can get responses from them. They're, apparently, unable to email me since changing to their new support system.

It's definitely gotten worse. They've stopped updating the developer docs which are full of formatting issues and broken links since the most recent move. Doesn't seem to be any way to give them feedback about articles with issues. And Neto staff have stopped responding to these forums posts.
Not really sure why they migrated Galaxy only to abandon it.
