Subtotal of Items Scanned in POS
A subtotal of items scanned into the POS would make life much easier for retail staff so they can do a quick count when processing large item orders. This would ensure nothing is accidentally missed.
RMA - Warehouse Selection
With a main warehouse, and two shop locations, we quite often have RMAs processed incorrectly by staff, resulting in innacurate stock levels.
At present, all RMAs have the warehouse selected as the warehouse the stock was originally dispatched from. However, we often have shop returns being sent back to our warehouse, and online orders being returned instore. This means, the staff member has to actively change the return warehouse in control panel to ensure the stock is returned to the correct location.
This quite often gets missed, especially when staff may be processing multiple returns… sometimes in the hundreds.
It would be awesome if we could hardcode a return warehouse to specific staff members depending on their location, or have no warehouse selected as default, and they have to actively make the decision of where the stock is being returned to.
Purchase order improvement
When importing purchase orders many times we find that the cost price might have changed. It would be great to also see the sell price so that you can easily check it is still ok or if not to can change it without opening another windows to do the sell price
Creating Discount Code section for POS system.
Hi there,
It would be nice to have actual discount code apply section on POS so we can track down what discount codes and how many times they are used. We need this function as we have a lot of customers coming to our showroom and when we process payment through POS, we want to apply discount codes rather than applying numerical percentage value.
Thanks and we will wait for your reply.
Voucher Redemption At The Checkout
The voucher redemption for customers is really difficult. When using eGift Cards, after putting in the code and secret key, it's not clear that they need to go to a different part of the screen to choose how much they want to redeem. It's not a good design or experience. There are no prompts or red boxes or anything to assist the customer.
I'm not sure if this is down to the theme or design of the site and if it can be redeveloped by third parties OR if it's just a Neto thing.
Compatibility with next-gen image formats
Image formats like JPEG 2000, JPEG XR, and WebP often provide better compression than PNG or JPEG, which means faster page speeds and less data consumption.
Ability to see margins on sales orders
Ability to have multiple logins linked to the one customer account (for wholesal
Is it possible in Neto (or can it be made possible) to have multiple logins linked to one customer account?E.g.

- AAA Marine Retail Business
- Owner login
- Staff 1 login
- Staff 2 login

To be clear, all the logins would have the same access to see all previously placed orders, account details, saved carts (wish lists) quotes etc by all users linked to that one customer account.
Currently, we could create individual logins for each of our retail customers' staff who needs one, but each user would only be able to see the past history & current cart data for orders placed/items added to cart/quotes created/wishlists saved by their own login.
As wholesale business, we sell to retail businesses who often have multiple staff working for them. Some have multiple staff who login to our website to add items to cart, review the cart, finalise orders & submit.Sometimes more junior staff will add the items to cart (these are often big orders) and a more senior staff member will review, finalise & submit the order.

Some of our customers are telling us that they keep getting locked out of their account due to the incorrect username or password being entered 5 or more times (because they have multiple staff using the same login, and some probably enter typos when trying to login). This becomes more of a problem when the email address linked to the login is for the inbox of a staff member who isn?t working that day.Even if they re-set their password, they don?t know what it is until that staff member can email it to them.
Pick and Pack App Design Flaw needs to be fixed. App should pick from earliest o
The pick and pack app currently defaults to picking the most recent order. To change it you need to go in every time you use the app to adjust a filter.
The logical design would be from least recent to most recent. In a warehouse, you want to get the orders out that have been waiting for the longest first. You do not want to automatically pick the order that has just arrived. This is particularly true for working through large volumes and weekend orders. You want to get the order from Friday night out first on Monday morning. You do not want to leave the Friday order sitting there all day while picking the orders that come in on Monday morning. It is frustrating that we have to constantly update the filter as this should be the default setting.
Record user who receives a purchase order
It would help if there was an automated recording of who has received goods into the warehouse, using log on details. This would help when following up stock discrepancies.
