Send-Time Optimization (STO) functionality isn't currently built into the journey builder. We're interested in using STO to improve engagement by delivering emails in the journeys at the optimal days and times for each contact, based on their individual email opening habits.
We are working on a revamp of our journeys by end of year, and this will be resolved by the new flow.
