We are thrilled to introduce the “Bought Together” product recommendation option! With this feature, you will be able to show customers the products they care about by dynamically populating products that are often purchased with other key products.

ENHANCEMENT:
A new recommendation type known as “Bought Together” is available while you are creating a new product feed. Such recommendations are powered by sophisticated AI algorithms supported on various platforms such as Keap, Neto, Shopify, and REX, which in turn provide scalability to your e-commerce operations.
You’ll either have the option to choose a product feed (depending on the type of email campaign you’re drafting) or select individual items based on their SKU identifier. This will ensure customers see the products most relevant to them.
As with our other recommendations, you can customize the layout of your feed.
Furthermore, we highly recommend using the “Bought Together” recommendation along with other product feeds, such as post-purchase, best seller, new arrival, top trending abandoned cart or browse feeds, etc.
Thus, using the “Bought Together” recommendation can enhance customer engagement through personalized product suggestions across different platforms. This not only encourages customers to buy more but also aids in overall brand visibility among your audience.
