NEW FEATURE:
eRFM Analysis Report
We have launched a phase 1 iteration of the eRFM (recency, frequency, monetary, and engagement insights) report feature that consists of an engagement and RFM insights chart describing various contact groups engaging with your business at distinct levels whether it be subscribing to a newsletter, clicking on a product survey link, or completing a purchase at checkout. This data is available in real-time showcasing customer behavioral insight and the count changes dynamically depending on the date selected.
The chart gives an intuitive visual representation of how your brands and marketing strategies are being perceived by different sections of your contacts. This enables you to make data-driven decisions and gives you vivid marketing approaches for a diverse audience. For example, if the overall count of your most sought-after customers has dwindled in the past few days, you can take action by creating a segment of such contacts and bringing them back into the campaign funnel through a loyalty exclusive voucher or winback email notifications program.
The chart also gives you the flexibility to modify your contact group names as per the type of audience you cater to.
