ENHANCEMENT:
A NEW SEGMENT CATEGORY
We have added a new category in our Next Generation Segment Builder known as “Email Activity". This lets you fetch contacts who have either received or interacted with your email campaigns.
There are 4 segment rules clubbed in this segment category. They are namely, Was Sent Emails, Received Emails, Opened Emails, and Clicked Emails. Such criteria enable you to construct segments, which you can subsequently utilize to send personalized campaigns to such contacts.
