Hello, Maropostians!! We have introduced a new feature in our SMS campaign module, which will help users download and view additional metrics of their sent campaigns.

ENHANCEMENT:
We are now giving an Export option to Marketing Cloud users to download SMS campaign reports for Total Send Campaigns. You can set the criteria you need to check in the report such as its send status, keyword responses, etc.
By accessing such reports, you can identify the overall outcomes of your sent SMS messages that can help you make informed decisions to increase your SMS campaigns' deliverability and click rate.
