Enhancements
Improved Growth Calculation in Growth & Attrition Reports
The growth reporting in Growth & Attrition reports is now more precise and detailed. As compared to earlier reports where the growth was calculated based on subscribed status being updated within the specific time frame, the calculation now is done based on status being updated from unsubscribed to subscribed. This will help weed out the inflated numbers that occur due to temporary soft bounces.
Now, the report also shows new metrics that provide more details to the growth data. You'll be able to see the exact numbers of contacts that are new to the list and contacts that are re-subscribers.

Changes to Navigation Menu
To achieve a more logical grouping of features within the Navigation menu, we introduced a new section and moved a few features around to their fitting places.
- We created a new section in the Navigation called Social and moved all the relevant features into this section. You'll now find all the features related to social media marketing under Social.
- The Campaign Tags feature has been moved from AUDIENCE to CAMPAIGNS.
- The Web Tracking feature has been moved from ACQUISITION to AUDIENCE.
