Occasionally I need to help support customers who seem to be having login and password reset problems on the web store so it'd be massively useful to be able to see a list of logins (successful or failed) and reset attempts so I can tell if they've been making typos or have signed up with a different email to the one they think they used.
Being able to see a customer's last login on their customer card would also be extremely helpful.
Seems like such capability is either undocumented or doesn't exist... does anyone know more? I know there are workarounds and 3rd party tools that can help - just trying to establish what is built-in (or not).
