How do I make different sizes of a product different prices on pos app

Hi I?m setting up the pos app for a cafe/pizza place and I?m having trouble finding how to make multiple sizes for a product different prices. Eg medium pizza $15 but a large $19 or do I need to make different products for different sizes?
