The concept around voting up and idea is great "If anyone knows its there". Look at the current ideas. One vote on most. Set up some kind of back end option that shows ides currently in the system with a slide that allows someone to say how good the idea is. Otherwise we will live in the world of 1 vote per idea with no push to make these ideas come to life
