Update quantity issue in warehouse

We need that if we update the Quantity to our Warehouse i.e. https://www.shoppersspot.com.au/ site, then it should be updated to http://dolphy.com.au/ also for the same SKU.

Also, if any product gets sold out from any of these websites, then the quantity should be updated on both sites.

I assume these are two separate Neto accounts? What you want is definitely possible but there are a few ways to approach it, and it can get pretty complex.

The basic idea is to setup scheduled exports and imports between the systems. You probably want to push stock levels from warehouse to store, and pull orders from store to warehouse. You'll need to think carefully about the workflow you want - which system will be the master for stock, where do you want to process orders, how will you keep pricing and descriptions in sync, where will customer info live.

Alternatively, some Neto partners can offer syncing between stores using the API. This can happen faster and offer much more flexibility but will cost you. Again, very important to know exactly what setup you want first.

You could try contacting Neto support to see if they can offer you advice or refer you to a suitable partner to help you link the stores.

To display warehouse stock levels on your website, this requires custom programming. As Erik said, you can perform this tweak yourself or request a quote from a Neto design partner.

Unfortunately this won't help if Bhavesh is running the two sites on different Neto accounts (which sounds likely). Quantities and potentially orders will need to be synced between the accounts which is a much more involved process.
