Is there a way to test the system email templates on a live site, without triggering them yourself as as customer?
E.g. if I've made changes to the Abandon Cart Customer Email Template and I want to test those changes from the customers perspective, is there a way I can easily do this? The only way I can think of would be to reduce the "delay" that an item needs to be left in a customers cart for this email to be triggered, to say 5 minutes... then purposely leave an item in my cart as a customer.
The problem with this is that I don't want this to be a live change for real customers to see, who would get annoyed/confused by such a quick email response to an abonded cart and also a potentially broken email (due to the untested changes) being sent to them.
Also, is it best to use Neto's in built email templates or is it possible to override them with a 3rd party email marketing add on?
